This is somewhat OT but how long does it usually take for Factory to process returns, they should have received my item 1 1/2 weeks ago but it doesn't look like it's been credited to my account yet.
ReplyDeleteHi TeriLynn - JCA's have been complaining about the slow returns on both the retail and Factory end lately (2+ weeks). If you've got the UPS tracking number showing that it's been received at their warehouse you may be able to contact CS and give them a nudge.

DeleteI didn't go into a store this weekend, but ordered over the phone. I was told select stores have the addtl 50% off sale items. I'm in the SF Bay Area and the store I spoke with did. I imagine the other stores in this area have the same deal. She expects it will continue this week, but didn't know for sure.

I went in on Sat to a store in one state and it was extra 40 off but I didn't see anything anyway.....same old junk lately...but then I went to a store in another state Sun and it was 50 off and they said it had been all weekend...I found one lonely Joy T from Xmas time and a girls liberty headband...each cost me only a few bucks! exciting...

DeleteI did visit J. Crew at the Beach in Miramar Beach (Destin). They only had 40% off sale but I did get a pair of the gold foil leaf garden pants, mixed tassel pendant necklace (love) and one of the embroidered herringbone tees all on sale. Also used one of my $20.00 off cards. I had totally overlooked this necklace when it came out but glad to see one still around on sale. It really looks pretty with the pants. Also stopped at the Birmingham, AL store but only found one t-shirt. They did have tons of sale jewelry(newer and older) if anyone is looking.
ReplyDeleteI bought a pair of shorts at the retail store, item #C6521. I can't find them online. I really love them! They're a black floral pattern on an ivory ground. The style looks like a 4-5" chino short, but the fabric is different. It's 98% cotton, 2% elastane, but it has a texture to it. They'd be very easy to dress up, but you could wear them dressed down. Keep an eye out for them. I'm not sure why they're not on the web site.
