I learned yesterday that Banana Republic rewards management is being transitioned to the retail company and can managed by the account holder. Sounds like it will be more flexible going forward where we don't HAVE to use a fixed reward amount ($5, $10...) but can choose how many points to apply towards an order. The transition is taking longer than expected but they are targeting end of Sept. Here's hoping it starts being as flexible as they say it will be.
ReplyDeleteI used a $10 regards towards a Gap order in late March. The order was cancelled and I still had not rcvd the credit for the reward until yesterday when I called and spoke to a very patient rep. She says she credited my account with a 1000 points it. Should update in 24h.
