If you have recently experienced a frustrating situation with J.Crew, maybe you might be willing to share that information with us in this post.

Please feel free to share your story on almost any topic— including poor experiences with purchases & orders, promotions/ offers, in-store visits, transactions with store associates, etc.

  1. Eeps, I just saw your question from the weekend. My store is Louisville, Kentucky. I know our outlet store in KY also just opened.

    1. Thanks! I didn't even know what phase of reopening KY was in.

  2. Not exactly a "vent," but it seems to me that J.Crew has way too many open front cardigans. They are featured in coats, blazers, and sweaters. There is also an abundance of sweaters in "super soft yarn."

  4. I’m out side of Detroit and my local store (Somerset Mall) is still closed. All retail and bars/restaurants are open. I hope it’s not a permanent closure!

  5. I dislike when they ship via Mail Innovations - it is trapped at the facility forever and no way to contact anyone (USPS hasn't received it yet and UPS can't/won't track it or answer questions about it. Package Purgatory

    1. I'm experiencing this too. Have you always eventually received the item? How long in purgatory is to be expected?
