Happy Fourth of July! {celebrating with J.Crew?}

Happy Fourth of July everyone! I wish everyone a great Fourth of July and safe travels. :)

Since a lot of us will be attending various outdoor parties, firework events, and traveling to visit family and friends today (and throughout the weekend), I thought it would be fun to hear what {patriotic} outfits we plan on wearing.

Unfortunately for me, I still have no clue what I will be wearing. ;) I am hoping that after reading your {fabulous} outfits, I will get inspired on finding something to wear.

What are you planning to wear this Fourth of July? Are you planning to go "head to toe" J.Crew or parts J.Crew?

  1. Final sale is back, but on the bright side sale items are 40% off. Now to wait for the pineapple skirt to hit promo!

  2. I think the linen beaded sweater would look very cool for the 4th. I just reviewed it in this post. Still regular price online vs $79.99 in-store + 40%.

    I'm thinking of the stripe anchor shift from last year & red shoes. I do like to see what everyone else is wearing, though, as it's very inspiring. I may change my mind. ;)

  3. I agree, gigi, I wore it today as it was the last work day before the holiday. There's obviously a glitch online at the moment as the linen beaded sweater shows full price and final sale at the same time. Maybe the price will change once the site flips tonight?

  7. Happy 4th of July! We are celebrating at the beach, so I'll be wearing my Midnight Paisley bikini and Diamond maxidress coverup. Later this evening for all the July 4th festivities and fireworks, I plan on wearing this maxidress from Lilly Pulitzer. Enjoy your holiday everyone!!!

  9. Happy 4th of July! I'll be home in pj's packing for our upcoming move, and taking advantage of sales to purchase items for the new home! Of course, I did the re-purchase dance with JC, they would not give me a PA on an order placed last Friday - savings of $43 so it's worth it to me. Enjoy the day, everyone!

    hot and humid at the beach - Factory scattered stars tank, faded red scout chinos, and if it cools off at the fireworks, really old Ralph Lauren cotton crew sweater in navy with knitted-in flag (see, ya buy good, it lasts).

  12. I love what everyone is wearing! I'm wearing my J.Crew Perfect shirt with bronze buttons in navy plaid, and jean shorts for a big bbq later today. Now, I'm just browsing all the sales online and trying not to be tempted to buy anything. I'm trying to save up to shop at the J.Crew stores in Chicago in a few weeks...never been!

    Happy 4th everyone!

  13. If you're shopping in-store over the next few days, check out the In-Store Price Guide. A few price updates -- leather colorblock pouch, sequin cluster tee, stripe chambray shirt, stripe sleeveless top, etc...look for the most recent updates in red.

    Also, I added some shopping tips at the top. It's not breaking news, but definitely good reminders and one or two might be new to some of you.

  19. For fireworks at our country club on the 3rd I wore white jeans, navy jelly TB flip flops, last summers factory Charlie sweater in navy with red and white stripes and my white bubble necklace. Today the factory Charlie lobster sweater and last year's retail navy/ivory pop art polkadot cafe capris.
    Thank goodness our fireworks were last night because it has rained nonstop today. Happy 4th to all!
