Oh no...it's back! The. Final. Sale.

"Thanks!" to many of you, including green_dino, CheesyGoodness, Goldenmeans, GigiofCa, & Ruffles (in this post) as well as Ema & Marietta, who let us know about the latest update to J.Crew's sale section. The {dreaded} Final Sale has reappeared on J.Crew's website today (click here).

I guess we all knew that the removal of final sale was not going to last forever. But for some reason I thought it would not return until the end of summer. It seemed like we had a good run without the "final sale".

J.Crew also sent an email this morning (shown below) with the subject line of "Introducing FINAL SALE - today is the day". J.Crew, no "introductions" needed. ;)What are your thoughts on the final sale's return? Did you know it was coming? Does "final sale" play a factor in the purchasing decision when it comes to purchasing sale items?

  1. I am not a fan of Final Sale and with the inconsistent sizing, i will not want to risk. I will be shopping much less.

  2. no! i'm not a fan of the dreaded final sale!

  3. I could be a fan of final sale if jcrew updates its site more frequently.

  4. Oh No! I really was hoping to amke until at least the end of July before I saw this. Oh well, bought some cute stuff already when it was the regular/returnable sale. In the past I have bought a few pieces on final sale but as Cleo26 said the inconsistent sizing makes it a no go this time around for sure! I will not be buying. (and I mean that!) I have already cut way back on my JCrew shopping due receiving some poor quality items this spring as well. I was able to exchange or return them though!

  5. No, no no! I was thinking about the strapless jersey dress but now I WILL NOT buy it. I cannot risk it....Very disappointed to see this so soon.

I mean I also like a $99 sweater but not for final sale. No way!

Oh well, will save my money for fall items.

  6. This couldn't have come at a better time! I have been struggling to stay on a shopping ban, and telling myself that I need to wait for fall because that's when I really like to splurge. Now thanks to final sale, that will be WORLDS easier to accomplish ;)

Final sale is awful and I won't be buying anything from it, but I have to say that I am glad we lasted this long without it!

    ReplyDelete
  7. Well I guess I can thank J Crew in advance for stopping my spending spree!

  8. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. I'm surprised it's final sale already. They don't even have good stuff right now, or the prices aren't that low.
Due to inconsistent sizing and since J. Crew has been so firm about not exchanging or accepting returns, I will not be buying from Final sale items. I'm so tired of having to exchange or return items due to sizing issue. I wish they could be more consistent or at least in the description of the items be more clear.

  10. Haha...I just decided that I'm going to have a shopping break till Aug. This will really help me with the ban. I'm glad that I got quite a few nice items in the past couple months--I bought a lot and returned a lot, but luckily found some pieces that I really love. Now it's time to rest :)

  11. Bummer. I'd be interested to know how removing final sale affected J.Crew's sales/return rate.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Ewwwww, the final sale. Glad I haven't checked in on JC this morning. Ditto to the above - esp the inconsistent sizing. This will almost definitely keep me away from the sale items, with the exception of a few currently FP items. I am curious what happens when FS starts - do their sales drop, or do the "unknowings" think that makes the prices better?

Any guesses about how long it will last?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Interesting - on one of the JC emails the other day, the bottom of the page said something to the effect of "It's our last days of summer sale"... I had a bad feeling about that. If it wasn't summer sale, what else would it be? Ick.

Maybe it's FS now because they're going to start rolling out fall stuff pretty soon and they don't want to be stuck with spring/summer merch. Either way, it stirs up kind of a hysteria - buy what you want at FP now, because if it goes to final sale on the first markdown, you may be out of luck! Again, ick.

  14. Final sale is like a rash that just keeps coming back! After being sent torn, stained, or otherwise unacceptable final sale items on multiple occasions in the past, I won't touch anything marked final sale. They just don't have the quality controls in place to make it a trustworthy clearance. Not worth the frustration.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I will not be shopping FS ever again. I made that mistake once... and once was enough. I will buy everything I want (well, I can't get 'everything', but you know what I mean) from this roll-out now, so that when Fall items come in, I won't miss out.

What I might do is size out the items I want now, hang on to them, then grab 'em when they get marked down. Then if they sell out, I'll at least have the things I have to have.

    Anyone else use this tactic?

  17. So let me get this straight -- JC is NOT reducing prices on sale items and they are NOT updating their sale section with any new items and they want us to buy without possibility of returns or exchanges? No way! It was cute for a while but not anymore. Guess the timing of my shopping ban was well placed.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Does anyone know if the 'Final Sale' applies to the sale items in store as well? Anyone had/have a chance to check?

Also - Final Sale is just a bad sale if there's no incentive. It'd be one thing if they had cut a whole bunch of prices today to entice. Without that, it's just a crummy sale where you get stuck!

    ReplyDelete
  19. On swimsuits and with their crazy sizing?? I am not even going to try to order.

    ReplyDelete
  20. grrr.... I just empty out my cart when I see Final Sale. Not falling for that anymore!!! This is a great way to keep me from buying, which is good since I'm still on my shopping strike and had to extend it because I've 'cheated' so many times! Thanks J.Crew! Thanks for helping me with my shopping ban! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  21. An extra % off like 30%- or even 40%-like they used to have- would help...but still. This is a good time for a shopping ban!

  23. cdp: I've done this tons .... I think a lot of readers here do, too! BUT, what a pain for J.Crew! All the shipping, returning, etc.... what a waste! Don't they realize this? I've already purchased a few things from the new roll out and just hung them in my closet hoping they might go on sale.... but apparently merch levels will be a lot fewer this year due to the econ, so I'm not sure how difficult/ possible it will be to catch things on sale this season! I guess we'll just have to see!

    ReplyDelete
  24. My UPS man is going to be sad that he won't be dropping off packages for me for a while. I refuse to order online when J. Crew imposes FINAL SALE.

    ReplyDelete
  25. ewwwwwwwww - final sale. This will DEFINITELY cut my spending. Especially as the b&m's in my area have been pillaged lately and I haven't been able to try much on because they literally don't have anything.

and don't get me started on how much this stinks for people that don't have access to a b&m.

I do think though that maybe a better merch update is coming later this morning???? Not to encourage final sale buying, but to start final sale with 400 and some items is just poor poor poor.

    boo jcrew!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  26. I might consider purchasing something on FS if they have their 30% off FS like they have done in the past. Anyone have any idea if and when they might do this?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Count me in as another person who'll be going on a shopping ban (or OK, break) with the Final Sale. I feel I've bought so much on sale this spring that there's nothing I'm dying to have anyway, with the exception of a couple of exchanges where I'm 100% sure about the size and color I need. Oh well, it (the no FS thing) was great while it lasted!

    ReplyDelete
  28. I wouldn't have such a huge problem with final sale if JC would just cut prices or add more stock. But the same old items at the same prices? No thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Boo. And an extra boo for starting the email "Introducing FINAL SALE - today is the day" - as if it was an anticipated event. It is not, and you won't get any of my money, j.crew.

    ReplyDelete
  30. In my mind a final sale from J.crew should involve the best sale prices and a blow out of the stock. Having bought a fair bit this past season I am staying and waiting till late summer to get some fall items. The only way I see me jumping off my wallet would be for a discount and free shipping together.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Ooooooooh, I'm going to check it out right now!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  32. drat. the watercolor dress is FINALLY on sale. Can't pull the trigger with the erratic sizing.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Darn! I knew I should have pulled the trigger yesterday and ordered some sale items!

Since the dreaded FS is upon us, can someone please advise me on the fit of the Summer linen pencil skirt (item 14949)? I normally wear 2P in pencil skirts, but some of them run wide. Thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Ahh, now it feels like summer! :)
    Ditto all of the above!

    ReplyDelete
  35. IRL, LOL!

I don't understand why J.Crew has to advertise and market the Final Sale, it having so many negative connotations and all. Bleh.

"Today is the day!"...to get duped!

    "Get there first!"...to get duped!

LOL, too funny...thanks for the laughs, 'Crew!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Odd.... I did have a FP item in my cart, and decided at the last minute to throw in the pink skinny leather belt marked down to $19.99 (hey, it was one little belt), and it didn't say FINAL SALE in my order, even after checkout. There might be a small window for some items.

    ReplyDelete
  37. CDP and others:
When you return items ordered from the catalog or internet, do you ship them back to the warehouse or return them to the b&m?

The idea of hauling alot of merchandise for return back to the b&m has become a bit daunting and I no longer do it. Sometimes it takes so long to process and it feels like a huge inconvenience to the employees and to the customers waiting in line. Just wondering how others feel about it.

    ReplyDelete
  38. why, Why, WHY? I think we should all email J Crew and proclaim our extreme dislike of this, and tell them most, if not all, of us will be ceasing our purchases due to this ridiculous "promotion". It's a total sham, IMO.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I agree with others that a Final Sale should mean super low prices and lots of items to choose from. I started a shopping ban this week, and my plan is to stick to it until late summer. So, the timing of the Final Sale has worked out well for me. I've picked up some great pieces over the past couple of months, so I'm happy, for now.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I'm sorry, but that is just ridiculous! Not offering exchange or returns??? How can a mail-order business expect its customers to miraculously know how something will fit (or not)? Not everyone can get to a B&M store to try things on.

I agree with JcrewGuyinCanada -- if you're going to do a FS, offer blow-out prices, like 40%-60% off like other retailers do to get rid of old season stock. But give your customers a reason to buy!

I'm glad I did all my shopping before today.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I hate the final sale as well for the reasons everyone else has stated. However, I saw the linen watercolor floral dress on sale and really wanted to get it for a wedding that I am attending. Maybe it was on sale before the final and just was not paying attention? Anyway, I am sometimes a 4, sometimes a 6 with JC dresses so I wasn't sure I wanted to chance it. I noticed though, that initially when I put the dress in my shopping cart (while considering purchasing or not) it said final sale and then when I went back to my shopping cart later, it did not say final sale. I called the 800 number to verify that it was not final sale and they said they were showing final sale on it but if I ordered it on the phone they would make a special note on it so I could return it if I wanted to. Hopefully I don't have any hassels if I want to return it but I thought this was very nice!!

    ReplyDelete
  42. OH NO! I really wish they would do away with Final Sale once and for all! I really despise it! I also think it is absolutely ridiculous for J.Crew to implement it on internet orders.

    ReplyDelete
  43. The combination of "FINAL", (and the prices are still the same as the last couple of weeks, since the last 20% off sale) and the end of the educator's discount on sale items is a "KILL" for me buying from them.

    ReplyDelete
  44. oh no! I HATE the final sale! Good thing I bought a few things last week that are returnable. Like others, the final sale considerably cuts down on my spending. However, if the final sale had really low prices and if I knew EXACTLY which color and size, then I would go for it.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Final Sale in this economy is just plain stupid. I was going to get the rivulet cardigan just to see if I look good in it, but not now. Sorry J. Crew, no money for you.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Wow, I didn't realize that so many other people were having the same experience as I with the defective/damaged/worn (even smelly, ugh!) items. I'm really sorry to hear this.

On a brighter note: I got my exchange order this morning, and love several of the pieces. The knotted sateen dress is a difficult fit-it seems I may be in between two sizes. The size I have now is tough to get on, but fits well once I shimmy into it. I hope it doesn't shrink, since the larger size did that annoying stick-out thing at under the arm. The linen sweater jacket is elegant, but the sleeves are a strange length on me. They are longer on the model in the web photo than on me! If bracelet sleeves means that they stop short of a normal long sleeve, I guess that is indeed what they are (it kind of looks like they shrunk!) The merino 4-pocket caridgan is also elegant-I got the copper. The Saturday skirt was a pass for me. Sometimes I can make a 0 work, but not in this skirt. It looks like a tent on me. Too bad, because it is a great color and feel, and the front detail is really charming.

    A good day to all!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Final Sale means I can only buy things on sale that I have tried on in the store before....cuts out a whole lot. And I agree with other posters, it should be a blow-out sale then! I didn't notice lower prices on any of my wish list items, it should be 50% off additional to be final sale.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Lessee....

Inconsistent sizing, no additional disc (like edu or free shipping), can't request the tailoring (like hemming etc.) & the same ol' things at the same price points. How could I resist? Easily!

I agree w. my fellow JCAs & JCOs --- not a fan of Final Sale. Most esp. not pleased with the "Aren't you lucky" tone of the announcement.

So please add me to the "Thanks for helping me save for Fall" column. I've been fortunate in buying during the last few promos (thank you Alexis:}) so I'm good for now.

Good luck to all my fab JCAs who feel brave enough to buy FS!

  49. Couldn't have come at a worse time! We've just bought a new mattress and I've vowed not to spend any money on clothes for a while...we'll see just how long I hold out ;)

    ReplyDelete
  50. Ack. Final sale wouldn't be nearly so vexing if it was accompanied by some SERIOUS markdowns - but it ain't!!!

    ReplyDelete
  51. For me, I think if it's "final sale", J.Crew should offer some sort of discount (like really deep discount as 30% off sale) since it's no return or exchange....

Lesson learned from last time that the price that I paid during final sale is higher than after final sale.
    >____<" (I paid $99 final sale, after that they decreased the price to $79.99 with option of return and exchange)

    ReplyDelete
  52. clicked on final sale expecting to see at least some lower prices for the final sale...hahahaha. no shopping for me with FS.

    ReplyDelete
  53. To JB and all:
I did email j crew to let them know how offensive online "FINAL SALE" is to their regular customers.

I think to send bright, 'happy', pink emails as if FINAL SALE is something to brag about is not a very 'good' way to represent themselves.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Anyone know if final sale is active in the stores as well?

PBP-I'm sorry you had to change the name of your blog..I looked into it and don't believe she has any legal grounds, but I understand why you wouldn't want to deal with the hassle.

    ReplyDelete
  55. EWWWWW - I just read all that stuff on your blog xxx (formerly known as pbp)! I was missing your posts, and now I totally get it.

What an unprofessional poopoo jerkie this other "paper bag princess" is!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  56. Looks like my shopping spree, too, is over. I was just about to checkout with the dressy jersey strapless dress when I realized that on top of not being able to return it if it doesn't fit, J.Crew wants $8.50 to ship a $29.99 dress! No thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  57. IRL, I just haul everything back to the store. I figure that is what it is there for. If I incovenience the SAs oh well. I used to work retail and I just think that helping customers, regardless of the transaction type or complexity, is part of the job.

I understand about the incoveniencing other people in line aspect. But think of it this way----you wait on line for things, too, so why should their time be any more or less valuable than yours?

Of course, I still feel awakward and weird at times.

    ReplyDelete
  58. If they are going to announce a final sale, it should come along with a perk, like free shipping on all sale items, or 20% off!

    ReplyDelete
  59. Hi IRL,

Just like Jacquelyn, I usually schlep my returns to the B&M en masse. My reasoning is:

1)The gas $$$ is still cheaper than the return fees

2)The credit appears immediately on my account

3)If there is any confusion, we can work it in person instead of via email

4)I can try on / look at the stock & see if I'd rather exchange my online returns for an instore item

I do try to time my visits so I don't hold up the line. Also, If things pick up, I will break up my returns so the SAs can help other people. Luckily, this hasn't been a problem of late as I've tried to be better about my ordering. I'm fortunate because the local SAs are v understanding about my returns. They have agreed w me that it's hard to get the fit right when ordering online.

    Also, they have told me that they like my returns because I often order things that aren't in stock at the store. When I bring 'em in, they get a chance to see them IRL. In fact, I've convinced my SAs to "adopt" a few of my strays. It's fun to know that just because that dress/jacket/skirt didn't work for me, it is still a stylin item & now it has a good home :}

    HTH,

    Heather:D

  60. Usually they do offer additional 20% of on the final days of final sale.
Last time before they switched from Final sale to Spring sale , I think they did offer a 30% off

    ReplyDelete
  61. I do all my returns at the store, too. For the most part I'm in there as soon as the store opens so I don't have to worry about others in line. Hopefully I won't be doing this for awhile since I won't be ordering FS until there's more incentive.

  63. IRL,

I take all returns back to my B&M, sometimes I might have 4 separate returns because they can't stack different order #'s, and I tend to save them up. I save them up and take them in during a time of day I know won't be busy, like first thing in the morning for instance. I always apologize to the SA, but some of them say "when you come in it's like Christmas". This because they can use their 50/50 on anything that's returned, and the SAs get first dibs. Sometimes the manager says he'll just hang onto a certain item and re-sell it there instead of shipping it back, that makes me feel better.

It can be uncomfortable, especially if I get a new SA who doesn't know me. All the seasoned SAs and I have a rapport, and they like me, so it lessens the guilt.

I only have ONE Jcrew near me, so I have to work it ;)

    ReplyDelete
  64. I bring all my returns to the store. no way I am losing $$ shipping it back. The way I see it, especially b/c I worked in retail for over 15 years, is, they get paid whether they are selling, returning, folding, whatever. If they're annoyed, that's their problem! it doesnt take away from that particular store's profits, b/c they enter the store of purchase when doing the return. I have never had any of the SA's get annoyed or appear to be annoyed when I am making returns/exchanges.

    ReplyDelete
  65. I'm not happy to see Final Sale rear its ugly head again. I'd be OK with it if you could return for a credit at the very least but no returns at all is difficult to manage when ordering online.

    Why J.Crew, why?! :(

  66. Things not to buy on final sale:

Palma Patent Leather Sandals. I wore mine today for the third time... annnd they broke. The strap came right out of the footbed :(

  76. Last fall, I purchased the Greta coat and the Tuesday Trench in persimmon. I loved the Greta as it was a soft, muted orange. The Tuesday was more of a traffic cone orange and I sent it back as it was just too bright.

I used my coat a lot with dark jeans and camel and brown. It is a pretty color, but can be very bright in some fabrics.

    ReplyDelete
  77. The Ann Taylor Loft tee is very cute and looks like J.Crew! I ordered it in both colors today with the 25% off and free shipping (SUMMER125).

    ReplyDelete
  78. thanks J.CrewAdorer & kitsmommy. It's the traffic cone problem I'm trying to avoid. So hard to know what to do. If it weren't for this "final sale" nonsense, it wouldn't be that big a dilemma.

  79. If you look at the comments on PBP's most recent post you can see what's going on.

Yeah, the palmas are adorable. I doubt they can be fixed though :(

  81. Yep, I also ordered the ATL chiffon flower tee today. It's a dead ringer for a tee I saw at the J.Crew outlet last month.

    ReplyDelete
  82. I just ordered the AT Loft tee as well, a fiona jacket look-alike (but with a waist tie), and bright pink/orange printed floral shorts (very JC-ish!) w/ the 25% off and free ship.

As for JC, I noticed a few new cute embellished Ts in the store today that are not online yet. One was sequined to look nice necklace on the T, and the other had chiffon flowers with rhinestones in the center. Very cute but I can't justify paying $50 for more embellished Ts which are only weekend wear for me. Would pick up on sale.

As for final sale, will only pick up a bag and stuff like jackie shells which I already have in other colors so I know how they fit. BUT...not until the price is reduced more...gotta have a real benefit for not being able to return.

  84. I just thought I'd let you all know - I passed by a nearby B&M and picked a couple of things from the sale section. 'Looked at my receipt - no "Final Sale" printed. 'Just thought you'd all be interested. :)

    ReplyDelete
  85. Suzy at 1:21. LOL and good for you. Agreed.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Em - thanks for the heads up on the Palmas. I almost got them.

    ReplyDelete
  87. I'll only be perusing items that I've tried on, but I doubt I'll be buying anything.

IRL, I just took 3 items back to my local b&m today. I used to feel a bit embarassed, standing in line with a UPS shipping box, feeling bad for the unlucky SA that ended up with my return. But I've learned to tell myself that the item just didn't work out, and it wasn't my fault. The pants didn't fit, the shirt was too see-through, the color wasn't the same as online--no faults of mine. I'm just here to put the nice items back into circulation. And I'm certain the SA didn't mind because I bought up other items I was interested while waiting for the return. I ended up buying more than I returned...oops.

I've even returned 12 items at once before, I was so sad those swimsuits didn't fit!

    ReplyDelete
  88. Oh, I should mention there were a lot of embellished tees in my b&m. Stitched on adornments, and sparkly beads on tees. Some also appeared to have stone-like beads sewn onto them. I saw whole sections of billowy beach coverups (~20) mostly white, pink and fuschia, and some drapey knit shirts and dresses. A recent addition to the store is crewcuts. I was surprised to see the pint-size mannequins. Also what was usually the women's sale section, seems to be overrun by men's clothes. I wasn't sure if they were men's or women's. Has anyone else seen crewcuts crop up at their store?

    ReplyDelete
  89. IRL - ITA w/the others. The SAs at one particular store walk to the front when they see me coming. Only if it's slow, of course. They're very curious about online only items. They always ask me about fit, what did I think and we discuss what would match up well with x, y, z. If there is a line or someone waiting to purchase something, I let them go ahead of me. Even in between returns. I am usually returning 3 or more things so I tell them to help someone else because I can wait. I always go in when I have time and I never go in a rush. It's easy for me to stop by a J Crew, so the gas works out to less than shipping it back. Plus, I don't trust that warehouse.

    ReplyDelete
  90. As "BEACH" code expires on June 24, will J.Crew start 20% off on final sales from Thursday? (or bring back 20% private sales?)

    ReplyDelete
  91. Naomi,
The might do an extra % off final sale but 20% just doesn't do it for me b/c it usually covers shipping so nothing great there (unless you order A LOT--which I won't b/c it is final sale...)

The prices are basically the same on items right now and 20% AND free shipping was offered on the last day of the most recent sale promo.

For those on a shopping ban.
As seen in Glamour July issue.

Resist: the $250 shoes, the third doughnut, picking the same old fight. Sometimes happiness is about what you DON'T do.

    (insert whatever you want above:)

The site has updated for today. I just window shopped. Added thing to me bag. And then closed the JCrew window!

  93. I just ordered a clutch I've been stalking from FS that popped up this morning. Lower risk than an item of clothing, so I caved. Surprisingly, no Final Sale notice when I checked out. So .. if you are willing to risk it and have sized out the item in advance, you might get lucky on your invoice. Always with the games, J Crew ...

  94. F.Y.I. I saw Madewell items at the J.Crew Factory Store in Arundel Mills yesterday.

  95. As with most of you, it's a good time for a shopping ban. Their sizes have been all over the place lately and I'm not going to make the same mistake I made in the fall. I'm stuck with tons of things that are huge on me.

Without having a store near me, it's unfair to those of us who have to shop via online and can't return items.

Just not worth it. You would think that since JC reads this blog, they would take the hint that this makes their most loyal customers VERY UNHAPPY!

  96. Hi everybody, sorry for not responding yesterday - I changed my name from Paper Bag Princess to avoid a bit o' legal bother (!!) and will be coming up with something a little better than xxx soon!! Huge thanks to everyone who has been so kind and supportive, and for their encouraging words about my little 'predicament.' (: Maybe I should re-name myself my own name! No one can take that away from me!! Can they?? Head to Toe with Kara? Kara's Gone Shopping? hee hee hee, just kidding Gigi and Heidi!!

  97. I think that some of you will be risking it, though.... J crew keeps doing 'final sale' for a reason.

I wonder if the secondary market has anything to do with it? (Always seems to happen that ebay gets well-stocked with j crew items when final sale appears...)

This might be a very effective price-discrimination technique if many high to intermediate willingness-to-pay customers are relatively non-risk-averse (b/c they can resell on ebay)... clever.

  98. At the B&M store...

If you like the dressy jersey twist-strap dresses they're $19.99 in all colors. Also, the long belts are $9.99.

  99. Summer - I can resist the $250 shoes, it's the $450 ones that I can't pass up. ;-)

  100. You know, I'd be fine with final sale if the prices actually decreased for items that have been taking up space in the sale section for months!

  101. I caved to the Final Sale this morning when the Linen constellations strapless dress went down to $49.99. After e-stalking it for quite some time, I couldn't resist that low price (even if it is the dreaded final sale)! It's sold out now, so I hope my order doesn't get cancelled! (fingers crossed)

  102. yes, just caved in myself. the bootcut chinos are what i wear to work, and they had a color on sale not in my closet, going for $30 now normally they are 59.50-69.50. also a pair of shorts of which i already have a diff color and know the size will be the same so they were relatively safe bets. i gotta stop this nonsense....this blog and my card are gonna be the ruin of me!
