Sidenote: What's up with JCAs writing "sub" or "subscribing" as their comment? It just means they are subscribing to all the comments (which are then automatically sent to their email) in that particular thread. This way they can stay aware of all the comments posted. :)
Just lowered prices on all my ebay listings. Great quality older items-two Lexington blazers (size 10), a hacking jacket, new Zady sweater (L), plus more. User name is darwend (sorry I don't know how to drop a link here). Thanks for looking!

ReplyDeleteMy daughter (almost 20) is studying in France for the Spring Semester. So, I am going through the tubs & Spacebags (usually in a tub) that have taken over my garage.
If I do the math, I have some FANTASTIC J. Crew circa 1995-? They used to do these incredible sets. I have at least four? I would “stalk” them until they went on sale!
I’m busting them all out (and trying to find all the pieces), and having them cleaned. I’m pretty good at fixing any small problems, but so far, so GREAT!
It will be interesting for my daughter to try them on. A couple are 4P. She’s a 0P or 2P. BUT, they did not have anything smaller than a 0, or maybe even 2? (I think they did have a 0)? I will measure also & try to compare.
In all honesty, I rarely buy anything there any longer. Okay, I will grab stuff on sale that it would be crazy to pass up. But I think I only ordered a few times last year.
I’m torn about letting things go. Honestly, I feel like J. Crew just doesn’t hold its value in resale. But I might share pics of some, as now, over 20 years later, I LOVE THEM!!
