Does the stadium cocoon coat ever go on sale? Besides the 30 off full price ? Wonder if I should wait till thanksgiving or 40% off if that ever happens? Or if I should just buy now with 30% off? It's not that cold yet so I could wait.
ReplyDeleteThe more basic colors probably will not. The best you'll probably do on those is applying a promotion percentage off. They will sometimes, in winter (but not necessarily before Christmas) put certain colors on sale. I remember a gold shade being in sale for a while last year. Rule of thumb is that their best selling colors won't go on sale and one or maybe two of their worst selling colors might. Next spring/summer, you may see other colors in sale, but I wouldn't count on it.
DeleteFactory has a less expensive version of the Cocoon, but I prefer the fabric on the retail version.
I got my navy cocoon coat in late winter (February) I think for a steal! I agree about the factory ones- the quality is sub-par. I just got the new purple color in the coat during a promo on outerwear- keep your eyes peeled! I also got the chateau parka for a steal during the same promo last year.

DeleteIf you can combine your coupon that would be great! To chime in, last year I really wanted the cocoon coat in sandstone and ended up buying it early dec. I think when they did $175 off $500 because I spent exactly $500 it worked out to 35% off which was the best deal last year on it until it finally went on sale late in the season but by then most sizes were long gone. Last year it was often excluded from promos so I was surprised that it has already had a promo on it this year. Good luck!
