Seek & Find: Will you visit J.Crew this Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopping by a J.Crew store this weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

P.S. I noticed that many of you have already been reporting sale items (and in which stores) in other posts which by the way "thank you!" :) I really appreciate how helpful we are for each other!

  1. Forty percent off sale today but the only thing I’m contemplating is a white button down.

  2. No visit but I did place a small order which is my first order in about three weeks. The prices popped back up on so many items and I have found myself thinking twice before ordering with the new PA policy. I ordered the Tanti Baci tee and the Josephine liberty floral top which I'm not sure I'll even like but thought it could be cute for work with light or white jeans so we'll see.

  3. Great minds think alike. I bought the Josephine liberty blouse yesterday and the white poplin today.
No orders = no returns = no visit

    1. Yes. XS and S just in case. I thought of a million ways to wear it.

  5. I have the Josephine floral shirt and it works so well with white and surprisingly looks great with navy (I most often pair it with the navy/white color block midi skirt). Hope it works out for everyone - it’s a great print!

I’ll be stopping in to pick up the knitted gold slides and a backup pair of the ankle buckle leopard sandal flats. I literally wear these puppies every day to work and all weekend long. So in love. Constantly stalking for the metallic version to pop back and I’ve even considered ordering a third pair of the leopard! I’ll be wearing them all over Europe in a few weeks and worried they will come home destroyed. Jcrew needs to make more of these!

  6. I ordered the Liberty top too, but without expectations. I know @liztriden loves it, so that figured in. But I'm afraid the shape will not work well for my wide shoulders/small waist. Hopefully with the light fabric it will be ok tucked.

I will have a visit soon, to do returns. Definitely one or both of the Liberty tops (as I went with two sizes). I also have a too-large and a too-small shirt to return for the Mr. (fortunately I found popbacks of the smaller and larger size for both, as we liked them) Plus I ordered a couple of shirts and a suit for the Mr. - we shall see what fits.

  7. I haven’t been shopping much lately but I folded to peer pressure and ordered the Josephine Liberty floral top this morning. Coral isn’t particularly flattering on me, but I think I can make it work.

  8. Are we expecting new arrivals next week or that's on the week of the 17th?

  9. I also ordered the Josephine top! I actually rarely wear popovers, but I thought this was a pretty print. I'm hoping the coral is not orange-bright. Online it looks like neutral-ish coral if that's a thing. I don't own any white bottoms due to my klutziness, so the coral might be a limiting factor. I also ordered the silk jungle print pants but in a petite size because that was the closest to my regular size. Not sure what/how I'll wear that but I am loving silk pants in this weather lately. I'm not planning any visits this week - I did all my returns last week.

    1. Coral also pairs well with olive green and grey.

    2. I saw in person and it was more a darker peach, in my opinion. Not bright at all, muted. So that’s good :)

  12. I ordered the Tiered knit maxi dress with eyelet trim in black. I hope it's not too long for me (5'4") because hemming it looks impossible.

I also ordered the Dreamy short-sleeve cotton pajama set in dot (I have it in stripe already and love it).

  13. I ordered the Midi Skirt in Allover Eyelet (Ivory). I haven’t ordered clothing from J.Crew in years so I’m hoping it fits. I’m also hoping that it’s not see through. It says it’s lined but I always get nervous that the lining will be too sheet to be useful.
