DeleteChelsea boot-- can it be worn with a heavy pencil skirt, or are the proportions off? My office is business casual in the fall, and a typical look for me is a double-serge or tweedy pencil skirt worn with tights, boots, and a textured jacket. I'd like a brown boot for fall but I'm uncertain whether I'd be better off with the Chelsea or a riding boot.
