Anyone want to chime in on how their pave link bracelet is holding up over time? I'm trying to decide if buying the real deal is worth it (next fp promo) or buying knock off. I'm also considering the multistrand pearls too. Any input of owners who have worn them a bit-I would love some input! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteLizriden I have both the pave link bracelet and pearl strand necklace from J Crew and love them both. I wear both in constant rotation. The cost per wear at this point must be pennies on the dollar. I would stick with getting the J Crew versions rather than knock off. I have a knock off pave link necklace and the gold clasp has turned color. Since it is a necklace you can't see it but it would be very noticeable on a bracelet. My J Crew bracelet has not turned color and I've had it for about 1 year. I also find clasps and construction can be subpar on knock offs which is to be expected and may be fine for trendier items with a shorter life span. Both are classic pieces that I think are worth the investment at FP with promo. HTH!

Deleteliztriden: I have had my J.Crew pavé link bracelet for almost a year now and it is holding up very well, with almost daily wear. I get compliments on it every time I wear it, too. I think if you go for the 'real deal', you won't be disappointed.
DeleteHi liztriden. I have the multi-strand pearl necklace and where it at least 2-3 times per week. It is holding up very well. I love it so much and worth every penny.

DeleteI went on Friday with the sale going on. My local store had a few linen pineapple tees in gold, which were returns. I did end up getting one in size small, though, because I had missed out online. I also got the Tippi with shoulder embroidery, which at the time was marked at $69.99 + %30 off. With the return that I made, I got both for ~$35.
