  1. hi all. i just placed my first ever jcrew order (factory, actually) on sunday. The item is still 'open' status as of wednesday...just wondering how long does it take for your jcrew factory to get to you. btw, i live in FL Most retailers ship next day or two....so this is quite a surprise on how long this is taking to ship. thank you!

    1. Original01, factory typically takes a little longer than retail (for me anyways). I also placed a factory order on Sunday and just received my shopping notice a few hours ago. I'm supposed to receive my order on Friday. I live in NC too not far from a warehouse in Lynchburg, VA. Hopefully, you'll get yours soon!

  3. My last order was for 6 items. They're coming in 4 packages, 3 of which have a single item. Two of those are shipping from the same store! In separate packages!

  4. I dislike all the tags they are putting on things, especially the scarves. They have the J.Crew label plus I think three big white tags. They are hard to get off without taking off the J.Crew tag or making a hole. I do however like all the scarves. Whoever is designing those is doing a good job. I am just buying new scarves to wear with my old stuff! Keep the scarf person and get rid of everyone else.

  6. The Factory metallic dots tee I ordered is NOT cotton as described. It is cotton and polyester and paper thin. Very disappointed in the crummy fabric. I'm sending it back. Hate having to pay return shipping because J Crew can't get the description on the website correct.
