Sought & Found: Did you visit J.Creaw this {past} Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopped by a J.Crew store this past weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store was/ is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

  1. Going to be the first to post here...since its been a while since I did.

I visited the store this weekend and bought the camo tote. Its excellent quality for the price. Might pick up one more for my dad.
Also ordered the silk stripped wrap pants ( the ones that sartorial choices reviewed on her IG). I fell in love with that silhouette and can't wait to try.

Last week I ordered a few of the liberty shirts and the Cali boot cut jeans with my rewards...hoping they arrive before my vacay.

Also, I got two not one dog emails thanking me for my order, no % off, no extra rewards...just dogs!!

    1. those pants looked really good on her. Iunfortunately would have no wear to wear them. I have already purchased a few"just in case" items in the recent 5o% off sale ...so I am holding back. but it is hard ...I LOVE THEM ON HER!

    2. Thanks to the person below for the 30%+10% heads up. I just called and got a price adjustment on both my orders since it was <7 days since ship date.

Just wanted to add that I don't mean to be insensitive to #NSF, I didn't shop in Jan so this is my makeup month :)

    3. @unknown I do t have anywhere to wear them either, but I'll add them to my "just in case" clothes. We actually do have a few spring events this year and they're Casual enough to wear to dinner so I think I'll make use of them if they fit well.
      @CR DSa, no apologies needed!!!

  3. Someone posted on the previous thread I think, but just wanted to mention that the promo is now 30% off with an extra 10% off. I didn’t even notice first thing this morning when I placed an order. Also, I noticed that the bow pencil skirt is back in the sale section ($99.99 before discount).

  5. It's a great sale, but I don't need a thing. I thought about buying another Liberty shirt, but I already have several of them that I rarely wear, even though they're beautiful, so I'm going to pass on the current ones. Then I considered buying a backup of the navy and white striped perfect fit tee, but I thought about all the other striped tees I already own and rarely wear and I decided against it. Lastly, I've been wanting the navy and pink striped rugby shirt for a long time, but Stylebook tells me I've only worn my navy and white and multicolor striped rugby shirts a few times, even though I really like them, so I'll probably pass on that one, too.

    1. I read your post and can totally relate! Stylebook tells me to stop buying liberty button ups! They are constantly in my worst cost per wear list. They are so pretty hanging up - I just don't reach for them though. On the other hand my two navy striped tees are down to $.63 per wear so I decided I could probably get a third one.

    2. ITA on the Liberty prints! I have several and I love them but I rarely wear them and relate, ladies.

I’ve decided that I’m drawn to the prints and colors, but I don’t reach for them very often because I just don’t feel polished wearing them. Sometimes an outfit w a Liberty shirt looks juvenile to me, sometimes it looks dowdy. I have enough Liberty print and I imagine some of it won’t survive my next purge.

    3. I can relate to the dowdy / juvenile appearence of the liberty prints. love them on little kids ..

    4. It's been a few years since I've bought a Liberty print button-down, but they always survive my purges and I don't know why. I don't wear them. Sometimes I think I hold onto older J. Crew things because I know I can't replace them. But even that doesn't explain why my Liberty shirts keep surviving the purges, it's an odd phenomenon!

  6. Birthday $25 card won't work with promo today. Argh. I did a small order for the iced peach flats, a replacement denim jacket, and aforementioned navy striped shirt. Would have loved to use these Birthday month cards up on this order.

  7. Does anyone know if the Cameron Slim Crop Pants are usually excluded from promo in the past like they are now? Also, did they have a fall/winter version in wool like the Martie?

    1. Yes they are usually excluded from the promos.
I think if you open a CC the 15% applies to everything, including the Camerons.
There was not a fall/winter version if it (yet).
