I love love love that this promotion is not only 40% off, but includes free shipping! Makes shopping extra enticing!
I am also loving this Long-Sleeve Sweatshirt Dress. Too bad it is not a tad bit longer, because otherwise it would be mine! :)
Will you be taking advantage of this promotion at Madewell? What Madewell item are you hoping to pick up? Please share!
As I shared on another thread, I picked up an easygoing tee (which I wear almost daily) and the denim shiftdress on sale, plus the Penfield lavic fleece jacket to try since there don't seem to be any reviews on it.
ReplyDeleteThe high free shipping minimum for Canada might be a blessing in disguise, since it will certainly make it a lot easier to resist picking up other items as stock is updated during the sale.
Has anyone tried the Long-Sleeve Sweatshirt Dress? Can you alter the hem of the dress?
ReplyDeleteI zoomed in on the photo and it looks as if there is about a one inch hem. It would be very cute with tights or leggings and over-the-knee boots.
DeleteI tried it on today and will try to put up a review by the weekend. It fits a bit awkwardly IMO but I think it would have been cuter if I had sized up. Nice thick ponte material. Totally different from last year's sweatshirt dress made of terry.
DeleteI love the Frankie Pumps in plum. Picked them up a few days ago (kinda wish I'd been more patient now!) and they are well worth it with this extra 40% off.
ReplyDeleteRoxy, you may want to try emailing CS and requesting a PA. I've done that before and they've honored it for an item purchased 7 days. Worth a shot.
DeleteI got this plaid sunglass case. Around $8 after the promo. I don't mind the Nov waitlist date.
ReplyDeleteA review of the Bien Fait sweatshirt on my blog.
ReplyDeleteI higly recommend it!
Mine is arriving tomorrow! Can't wait
DeleteOooh! I will definitely be checking this out! Does anyone else think that Madewell sizing is a bit off? I bought pants in my usual size and they don't even make it up past my thighs...I'm a little bummed.
ReplyDeleteSide note: If anyone is interested in new with tags XS Jcrew shirts (Perfect t's and striped necklace tee), please email me: sleewiley at gmail.com
JC sales items back at 40%off in stores. I believe they are final sales though.. Not sure..
ReplyDeleteI love it when Madewell offers an extra 40% off, and did take advantage of the promo to order a journal cardigan yesterday. I passed up the log cabin cardigan because I have a similar one that I got from J.Crew a few years ago, but now wish I had gotten the one from Madewell, too. No luck on a popback this morning, either. If anyone sees them at a Madewell store in size small or medium, please let me know. TIA! :)
