Finally tried the clothing at MM La Fleur this long weekend and got the Lou dress on sale. Overall the clothing runs large. I'm no longer an XS at JCrew and was quite surprised that MM's size XS was the best fit for me. Even then the Leslie tee in XS was rather shapeless & the sleeves were too large on my upper arms.
ReplyDeleteThe fabric quality is great for the pieces I tried (Lou, Leslie, Elsa) but the fit on me isn't as good as the old J.Crew. The offerings at MM will not serve my needs as much as the JC did (a one-stop shop) but they do have a few standout items that I am covering (Cassandra dress .. but only on sale).
