Sought & Found: Did you visit J.Crew this {past} Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopped by a J.Crew store this past weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store was/ is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

  1. Is it taking forever for other folk's orders to ship? Mine's going on 10 days.

    1. My multi-item orders now took 8-10 days to be shipped. Single item orders took around 5 days.

    3. I believe that many items have had direct shipping delays from their vendors and second they let the packages sit for 3 days before opening. Nordstrom does this. Try to be patient they will arrive. I’m waiting for a few items and patience is not one of my virtues. Good thing is they’re still in business and hopefully there will be an upturn with their merchandise and quality down the road.

    4. Just received shipping info for my order from May 6. I have an order from April I'm still waiting for but that was backordered to begin with.

  2. I’ll start off the discussion today. It will be interesting to see who drops Jcrew now that commissions are no longer being paid to bloggers & influencers to promote the brand. It is a bit like kicking someone while they are down. To do my part, I placed an order this morning for a few things!

    3. Great they dropped the influencers commissions. I never believed that they did it for the love of the brand. Money always talks. We the consumers are more influential about the brand. Our posts may not be positive all the time but at least the truth is being told. I for one, always post feedback good or bad, with the VPS’s which they in turn pass on. Throw some discounts out to us that post with helpful information. We’re not a greedy bunch and we’re doing it because we love the brand.

  3. Just noticed that the return policy has been updated in the website that anything ordered between March 1st and April 30th can be returned through June 30th. Anything after May 1st is 60 days

  4. This is my first time commenting here, although I have been reading and appreciating your comments for quite some time. Sad about what J.Crew has become, and I hope they will be able to turn things around. Like everyone else, I miss the quality and wish I had held onto more of the really good things. I guess I feel that way about things from other retailers as well. Ann Taylor and Banana Republic are shadows of their former selves.
