"Looking to LOVE" with J.Crew

  1. How long does it typically take J Crew to process a return?
    I seldom return something. Living abroad returns are a major hassle so I read the reviews, ask for measurements, check IG before ordering. Where it went wrong was my impulse buy of a pair of earrings which were beautiful but sooo big and heavy. So I returned them. The tracking shows they arrived over a week ago, so I was expecting them to have processed my retutn by now.

    1. A bathing suit that was returned/delivered to them and received by them on Aug 2 still hasn’t been processed. It’s frustrating waiting, I’ll wait a few more days then call.

    2. I sent a few things back on the 1st and got an email on the 8th that the return had been processed. I sent three returns back in the same package and only got an email about one - after several exchanges with CS, they finally returned the other items but I was confused as to why they only processed one and then the CS argued with me was I sure that I put everything in the same package. Yes, I did. I generate the returns but only use one label which must confuse them. Anyway...sending back stuff on the 2nd should definitely be processed!! You could try emailing CS but that might only get you so far. Hopefully they are processed soon.

    4. That’s great, I’m glad it was resolved! I ended up calling and they took care of mine, they knew it was received just not yet processed for some reason.

  2. A few new items are starting to pop up when you search by item type. If anyone has a working early access link and could share, that would be awesome (mine from 1/18 doesn’t work and I can’t seem to get back on the email list).
