ReplyDeleteFound some great deals. I am now eating a Reuben at my favorite place in Biltmore Village, The Corner Kitchen. As soon as I get back home, I will give a full report. There were no Pom Pom ankle straps. White denim was $5..00 and I did get a pair of white Billie jeans. I really liked them especially for $5.00.

DeleteGoing in for online returns and price adjustments Nothing for me now. The few items I'm interested in still have plenty of sizes available, so I'll just play the sale waiting game. OT, Saks is having a nice online sale and I was able to finally snag the Theory Awanna Strappy Silk tunic in navy. It was 70% off & had been waitlisted for a while. Hoping it matches my Theory navy silk joggers I purchased a few years ago. It shipped 2 hours after placing the order!

DeleteStopped by the Georgetown store earlier. Had signs up for the scratch-off discount cards but none of the 10+ employees either said hi or offered me one. Didn't see anything I wanted so I didn't pursue it. Lots of picked over sweaters in the sale section but mostly odd colors.

DeleteStopped by the Philly store; they were doing the scratch off promo (mine was 30%) for full price items and sale was 50% off, but the women's sale section in store was pretty small. I ended up getting the cherry print T-shirt, which is very soft, but a little thin. I'm hoping it doesn't wear out as quickly as other J.Crew T's.
ReplyDeleteI visited Bellevue Square yesterday. Business looked brisk. I grabbed one of the last cherry-print tees; the girl said they'd sold them quickly. (It would probably be a little much if I wore them with my cherry-print Barcelona ballet flats from circa 2006?)
