  1. I really love my Tossed Hearts silk blouse, and it still makes me happy thinking about the positive customer experience when it sold out, and I requested a WWFIFY. It really was easy as pie, and the store that shipped me the blouse stacked two promo codes onto it, so I ended up getting it on sale at a very nice discount when I had planned on paying full price!

  2. Fabulous service received yesterday at the North Michigan Avenue store in Chicago. Several SAs offered to help, and one tracked down a bunch of sale items in my size in the stockroom. Thanks, ladies and gentlemen at 900 North!

    1. That's good to hear. I feel that service can be so hit or miss at 900 North. I prefer North Ave for customer service.

  3. Madewell CS was awesome when I contacted them about a damaged sweater. They refunded me right away! Love that.
