"Looking to VENT" with J.Crew

This is the weekly "Looking to VENT with J.Crew" post, a place to share our not-so-stellar experiences with J.Crew.

If you have recently experienced a frustrating situation with J.Crew, maybe you might be willing to share that information with us in this post.

Please feel free to share your story on almost any topic— including poor experiences with purchases & orders, promotions/ offers, in-store visits, transactions with store associates, etc.

  1. I admit I’m a little annoyed at myself that I pulled the trigger a few days ago at 60 percent off and final sale when now everything is even less. Some of the basics I ordered Id get multiples or for my girls if they fit, but sizing fit have been so iffy for me I am not going to take a chance again until I try everything once.

  2. I've been relentlessly realistic about my own wardrobe needs, mid-pandemic, and have ended up returning every single item I ordered for myself between February and May (and then ordering nothing throughout June). But the pricing on kids' sale stuff just got me. Two sweatshirts, a cardigan, top, and skirt for $65 shipped. Felt like I made a reasonable contribution to their inventory reduction plan.
