Not a review but a rant. I bit on some clearance items on the Factory website on Sunday night. Monday they went to a better promo (75% off) less than 12 hours after my order. I emailed them asking for an adjustment and they refuse Bc it’s reserved for full price items. I know, I know I should’ve seen this coming...but I just wish they’d look at how much I shop there and for how long.
ReplyDeleteI’m also going to email them and suggest they give free return shipping for customer who live an hour or further from a retail store. Seeing as how I’m now in that group, I’m reluctant to purchase anything (even full price) without a local return spot...
