  1. I love that I've received a Style Guide two months in a row. The March one arrived earlier than Pinterest or new arrivals online - very unusual! I don't understand the rhyme or reason of Style Guide distribution as it's been so inconsistent over the years, but I am enjoying the March guide. My shopping ban is ending soon and while the paint splatter isn't for me, I have several things wish listed.

    1. Yea, I don't understand the rhyme or reason with the Style Guide. My husband also shops at JC, so both of us receive catalogs now and we got the last few issues, though that certainly hasn't always been the case.

I Wishlisted a few things, too, but my Shopping Ban has started in earnest now :-( The goal is to make it through February, at the least!

  2. I love that I scored two Tippis this morning for $50 thanks to popbacks & extra 50% off sale prices. I had gained a bit of weight & ended up selling almost all of my precious Tippi sweaters (I had upwards of 40, maybe more) & I am slowly but surely replacing them, one-by-one. Hopefully the two I ordered today won't snag on the first wear as the other solid ones I've purchased in the "new" style... we shall see!

    1. I am glad to know I am not the only one with 40+ Tippis :-)

    3. I will confess to occasionally picking up a duplicate Tippi of a color I already own when there is a deep discount and promo code. It's silly, I know, but the regular price (which I would never paid) is over $100 Canadian. On sale, I often get them for under $40, and occasionally under $25. Once glorious day, I picked up a duplicate for $16!
