J.Crew made up a holiday (which they readily acknowledge) with National Stripes Day. They also want customers to spread the word by taking a photo of customers wearing stripes and posting said photo with the #nationalstripesday.

I am interested in seeing if "national stripes day" is a success. It is a cute enough concept. Plus, I love me some stripes. ;)
