  1. I love that the B&Ms will do charge-send. And I love that there is so much help among the JCAs to locate an item, see the sequin anchor top IRL.

  3. I just used the We Will Find It service for the first time last week, by accident actually. I thought I was calling the store to locate the item, but I chose the "looking for an item" option on the recording & it took me to WWFI. Since I hadn't even heard of this service before (I'm a new J.Crew lover, longtime Anthro addict), I didn't know it was supposed to be for full-price items only. I wouldn't have known it had I not looked up the service on their site after the fact, because she never said anything about it to me on the phone. She was so extremely nice & helpful! They found my porcelain paisley skirt & I received it yesterday. LOVE, btw. So beautiful!

  4. My Factory store helped me find a clearance item that they didn't have in my size and we did a charge-send, so easy!

  5. Long-time follower, infrequent poster here....I also love that the B&Ms do charge-send. My local B&M is awesome, but with work and family I find it difficult to get to the store. The SAs are always helpful with sizing and in finding items for me when I call. I think they understand because many of them have entertained my boys, who despise anything to do with girl-clothes, while shopping in the store. But mostly, I appreciate the loyal JCAs who continuously assist others with honest reviews and in finding items, prices. etc. Thanks guys!!

  6. I went to the crewlet in Arundel Mills and bought three Jackie cardigans that cost like $15 each after the extra 40% off sale and then the 15% educator discount. (Also some polos and flip flops for the husband.) Wish they had crewcuts stuff there...

  7. Very happy with the Factory Striped Tissue Tees I purchased at the last 30% off on-line sale. Since these were not final sale, I got the three colorways (grey/white, pink/white, white/navy), thinking that I would keep only one or two. But at ~$10 each, I think I'm keeping all of them! The collar is nice and flattering, unlike the retail store version (which wears very wonky on me). The tissue tee fabric isn't super-think either, which is a nice plus :)

  8. I am sure that the true-JC Lover already knows this (and I am just late to this info), but the F. Street store (Wash DC) is scheduled to open 8/1/2012...just wondering if there have been any changes?

  9. I love Sharon @ the call center. She works in the mornings. She seems to have a lot of energy, knows what she's doing and provides good & efficient service.
