  1. The free shipping promo with no minimum yesterday was very nice!

  2. Big shout out THANK YOU to my store, Bridgeport Village J. Crew! Yesterday while I was home doing yard work, my great SA gave me a call to let me know that the Seahorse necklace went on sale and they were holding the only one they have for me. Yah! Also confirmed 30% still going on in store. That's what I call super customer service. Goota love it!

  3. This is sort of off topic, but I noticed my J. Crew credit card account online has switched over from showing Fall rewards and is now showing Holiday rewards (maybe it switches over on July 1?). This is a good sign that Fall rewards cards are coming soon! (They were mailed at the end of July last year).

  4. Thanks to the Santa Fe store! I called since my bf was going to be traveling through the area and my b&m stores have been sold out of the giraffe bangle for a while. They were very helpful on the phone and had the bangle on hold when he stopped by to pick it up. I appreciate that they made it painless :)

  5. I love how cordial and accommodating my SA's are in Las Vegas when I am doing my numerous returns! This keeps me shopping with J. Crew!

  6. Went in to try on the chambray polka dot perfect shirt and discovered it was cheaper in store (is this normal?), and then the associate helped me, my 14 month old son, and his HUGE stroller into the fitting room so I could try it on. So helpful that I purchased full-price, which I rarely do. Thanks to the J. Crew Peabody, MA.

  7. Went to my store, and they had one polka dot chambray left--and it was my size :) Took that as it being 'meant to be' :) Also had two of the nicest SA's I've encountered in a while helping me--super personable. Great trip :)

  8. OK, more love...the SAs and manager at the Annapolis store were so nice today. I was trying on the dizzy anchors dress and without even asking the manager told me she'd honor the online sale price. And the SA who rang me out was one of the nicest ever. Snaps for the SAs!
