ReplyDeleteI receive a catalog from Talbots that included a card with a code for $30 discount with no minimum plus free shipping. It's also valid in-store. I combined with their 40% off dresses and skirts promotions to order a summer skirt for under $12. So check inside if you receive a Talbot's catalog.
