Please share your J.Crew item (either that you own or are thinking about getting) that you would love help creating an outfit with.
Also, please help out by offering your styling advice. Feel free to include links to your blog (where you incorporated that piece) or to Polyvore (where you showcased an outfit with that piece). Thanks in advance! :)
I purchased items H7681 (in olive) and H9122 (in navy). I’m having a hard time pairing them with shoes as it’s been too cold for open toed shoes and I don’t want to wear heels (teacher of young kids so I’m on the run literally). Any suggestions? The H7681 dress shows a girl styled with white loafers but they seem out of place. I was thinking maybe a leopard mule or grey? I have some navy tretorns coming to me as a possibility too.
ReplyDeleteI think leopard would work great with the olive. I'd also wear my metallic gold loafers.
ReplyDeleteI also think leopard would work great. For me, it would be either about a pop of color or a more pointed toe flat. I definitely am not down with that white loafer.
ReplyDeleteAnother option would be a low bootie in a taupe/neutral color. Agreed with the leopard advice or metallic. Those striped pointy toe or leopard flats that J.Crew currently has would be cute. Pale pink or taupe would be pretty too. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteA classic ballerina flat, like the Kiki, could look nice. I'm also not a huge fan of a loafer with a dress.
ReplyDeleteI have a mint hacking jacket from 2012. How would you style this with a skirt or dress but still look casual? What colors would you mix it with? thanks!
