Please share your J.Crew item (either that you own or are thinking about getting) that you would love help creating an outfit with.
Also, please help out by offering your styling advice. Feel free to include links to your blog (where you incorporated that piece) or to Polyvore (where you showcased an outfit with that piece). Thanks in advance! :)
Those that have the clip dot midi - will you wear yours into fall? I'm thinking they might be doable. I'm not sure about tights with the cotton lining. Thoughts?
ReplyDeleteI have the white one, but if I had the black or the rust color I'd wear it with a half slip and tights. You can usually still find slips on the rack at JC Penney or Macy's if you don't have one.
DeleteI don't have one but I could see a darker color worn with a button down shirt under a fitted sweater (like a Tippi or similar), with or without a belt. Pumps or closed toe flats instead of sandals. I couldn't see it with tights, but then again I tend to go bare legged even in winter.
DeleteI like it for summer only...not heavy enough for fall ...but then again I live in Canada.

ReplyDeleteThanks ladies! I have a slip so I'll try that with tights (once it hits 40 degrees I can't go bare legged :)). I do have all three colors so I'll pack away the white at the end of summer but I think the orange and gray will be versatile enough for at least 3 seasons, if not 4. Such a beautiful piece!
