JCREW is sending me another Thank You gift candle since the one I received came without a wick.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you got a candle, though I have to laugh at the story. It sums up a lot about JC right now.
ReplyDeleteI did not get a candle with or without a wick. But did call CS last week because one of my J Crew necklaces broke into 2 pieces. They said to try and find the style number and also to get a estimate of fixing it. I could not find the style number, too many orders and combined information order online. But put the pieces in a pouch and took to be fixed. I pulled it out of the pouch and it was in at least 10 pieces. I called CS back and explained it was beyond repair and they tried to find the item number, no luck so sent me a gift card so I can go and replace the necklace with another. Thank you, J Crew, of course says that their quality is not good but at least they stand behind their items and recognize bad quality.
