ReplyDeleteOT, maybe belongs in the Vent thread. I got an e-mail this morning that JC was extending my rewards card to 3/31/14. You can't extend rewards 5 days after they expired! WTH...I had to use them on something on 3/15 just so they didn't expire. If JC had extended them on that date I would've used them on a new arrival.
ReplyDeleteHear, hear silver_lining. I was a little peeved at that email too but I'm thinking that maybe they got a barrage of phone calls from customers who didn't use them (or couldn't find something worthwhile to use them on) before they expired.
DeleteFYI, there is always a 15 day grace period after the 15th deadline. It isn't advertised; after that time period, though, there is no way they can be honored

ReplyDeleteCate, what color do you have? I have the pack green, and I like to wear it with dark jeans, a vintage cap-sleeve tee, and brown leather boots. It's my go-to outfit for windy soccer games!
DeleteThe light blue would look good with white matchstick jeans and maybe a baseball cap. I'd wear it over a printed tee or a baseball tee -- something cotton or linen (not wool) to keep it casual. You could also try pairing it with a bright color to keep it from looking mumsy -- orange or kiwi colored accessories or tees would work well.
The white would look good with dark or colored jeans, and bright or neon accessories would liven it up as well. You could also pair it with a flowy midi skirt, layered jewelry, and sandals for a springtime bohemian look.
