I had a great experience today with my VPS, Karlyn, at the University Village J Crew in Seattle. I bought a pair of shorts yesterday, full price. She called me today to let me know that she noticed that one of the items that I bought the day before went on sale, and she went ahead and credited me the difference. Now, that is some awesome customer service! Karlyn is great, she consistently provides great service, and some pretty awesome style ideas too!
