Just had a vent-turned-love experience with customer service: I'd ordered a Memo Dress on popback in a tall size even though I'm not tall (my regular size wasn't available), because I love that dress and thought a couple inches wouldn't hurt. Well, they sent me the completely wrong size, marked wrong (sewn tag said actual size, paper tag said another). Called Customer Service and explained what happened. They let me have my pick of all the colors of Memo Dresses - and I got my regular size - for the price of the popback (total = $63.99).
ReplyDeleteI feel like I scored! That's a $188 dress.
Loving the card member's perk I just received in the mail! 20% off next purchase, good until June 23.
