I didn't go to the store after placing my Friday online order and didn't place mote than one. The more items that went to F/S, the less interested I became for anything!
ReplyDeleteI’ve been waiting and hoping for a cardholder promo. As the days have gone by, everything in my cart has become final sale. It’s also very telling that nothing has disappeared from my cart too.

DeleteI was interested in the Thomas Mason stripped cotton dress. I am hoping to replace an older stripped dress that no longer fits. Reviews say the dress runs large. I called CS to see if they will waive FS on my purchase or allow me to exchange if it’s too big. They refused. She said they aren’t allowed to waive FS this week. I asked for equal exchange. They said nope. 👎🏻
ReplyDeleteUggh to final sale! So many things aren’t carried at a store and so many don’t even have a store anymore! You would think that they would be a little more lenient. I have asked for permission to return final sale items many times over the years and only actually returned a very small few. I am sorry to hear that they are being more strict.
DeleteThey are making it really hard to buy anything. Even half off the prices are comparable to Everlane and those returns are simple. I’m curious about a few items but have enough “ghosts” (poor sale purchases) in my closet that I don’t want anymore. And my store carries so little of what I’m interested in online

Item AY883? an item I am not willing to buy without more sizing information. I do not want a loose elastic waist, but also do not want it tight.
I just don't get it. Their selection has become so small but it's not where stuff is well curated where that makes sense. Everything looks the same now with that slouchy fit. The one thing I thought people associated with the brand was careful tailoring and details.
