store is carrying (as well as the
store location)- that would be
fantastic!

Very frustrated with retailers and shipping this week.
ReplyDeleteNAADAM didn’t respond to my email about garment measurements until after their sale ended and then wouldn’t honor sale prices even though I had copied my cart in the email, then never even responded,
Nordstrom canceled an order for an Everlane sweater and never let me know,
My banana republic orders all disappeared from tracking.
I was feeling bad about buying stuff but at this point I haven’t actually gotten anything!
Sorry to hear. Frustrating!! My order of sweaters from the rack was cancelled too.
DeleteMy BR package is MIA too, but I would give it at least until the end of the week.

ReplyDeleteI'm mad at Grayers online store -- I emailed them about a pant inseam length (should have been in the description anyway!) and they never responded. Then I kept getting ads for them in my IG feed that said "winter sale and 40% off sitewide! Use code WINTER", well it was NOT 40% off sitewide, only select items. I commented about the mistake in their ad but they kept running it.
I haven't called J.Crew CS yet, but I probably will tomorrow. I ordered a Margot turtleneck on January 9 that shipped on the 11th (Mail Innovations) and is still not here. There is no tracking info. Meanwhile, I ordered another one at a lower price that I've received. I detest Mail Innovations.

DeleteIf there is no tracking at this point you will probably get a refund for a lost package.
DeleteThe USPS is awful. I made the mistake of shipping something by USPS and it was lost and since my husband threw out the receipt I lost both the gift and the cost of shipping.
Mail Innovations is truly awful. @Suz Has, Yes, it is past their return period. @pbanos, Nordstrom's free returns are USPS, and it always makes me tense. I did have one occasion where something didn't make it back to them, but fortunately I did have the receipt. I wish that companies would stop using them. I never have any issues with UPS.
DeleteHi! I was browsing the sale tab and noticed extra sale markdowns that were not listed through out the site. Did anyone else see a sale at j crew for Shirt Dresses at $69.99, select shoes 50% off and there was one more but I didn't catch it? I even added the the dresses to my bag with sale sign saying $69.99. Did this sale already pass or is it coming up tomorrow?
