ReplyDeleteAs for going to the store, not happening. I went this week and was completely unimpressed. There wasn't one new thing I even contemplated trying on except the new version of the Bonfire cardigan which was horrible IMO. Sale section was a picked over mess. I'll just keep stalking the online sale section for my t-shirt. Hope others have better luck!!

Probably going in to pick up the puffy vest in green. It's part of the 25% off and even though I may be able to get it for less down the road, I think it's worth $100 and I am sick of the pricing games in general.
ReplyDeleteI went yesterday to do a bunch of returns. The store I went to had their cash reg updated and you're now able to do one checkout/receipt/return for multiple orders. It was so much quicker! I think the SA said they can now look up in store purchases with your email? I wasn't quite listening : ) What ever the change was she seemed really happy about it and the fact the return process will be easier. I hope everyone has a great LDW!!! Happy shopping : )
ReplyDeleteI was really looking forward to the sale this morning - I got up early :). But when I looked at my cart, I saw nothing that I really needed to have, and none of the deals were amazing. Much of the stuff was on deeper discount earlier in the summer. Some of the items that were on sale yesterday were taken off sale for this weekend - boo.

I went to the Vancouver Robson St store tonight. It was so quiet. It also seemed a bit empty of clothes. They were doing the 40% off final sale. There was nothing in the sale section that interested me. The sale section seemed pretty small to me with all of the usual suspects hanging languishing away. They also had 25% off knits and some tops. I did come home with the endless shirt in white and in blue stripe for approx $80 cdn each. The big fail for me was the turner pant. They looked terrible on me. I am fairly tall with a small waist and "curvy" hips. I think they work best for ladies with narrower hips. I also thought the material was quite unpleasant...very polyester.
