  1. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my on-line order so quickly! I am on the West Coast and live in Canada which usually means shipping takes about two weeks. I placed an order on a day when there was a free shipping promo, December 9 and received my shipment yesterday, December 15. Jcrew shipped via DHL rather than the usual ground Canada post method. Thanks Jcrew!

  2. I came here to post the same thing that Shima did. I've been receiving my packages very quickly and they have all been upgraded to ups ground instead of surepost!

  3. The first of my two Thanksgiving weekend orders took two weeks to get to me. The second took two days - I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe JC realized it had a problem?

    1. I think they probably stepped it up for Christmas delivery.

  4. I got an order today that only showed a label was created for 4 days now. Pleasant surprise as I thought it was probably just laying in the back room at some store waiting to go into a box.

  5. I found a lot to love. The Tartan blazer, I have worn it probably 5 times now, the v-neck merino dress, again wore it a half a dozen times now. The wool double breasted overcoat, love. The Point Sur Denim, love. The collection moto silk top with the zipper, oh...love.

  6. So happy with my Tippi sweaters and Campbell capri pants from last season, and the many favorites in my closet that last year after year.

  7. I love that there's a market for past season JC items on eBay, JCA Exchange, etc. After looking forever, I finally got my white whale - the boulevard trench in windowpane wool from Holiday 2012. Some of my favorite pieces are "oldies" from eBay, and I've never had as good luck finding other brands that way.

  8. Their customer service really is the best - pleasant and helpful at the same time. I recently had a rep waive Final Sale as a courtesy since the item didn't fit. She also resent them in a different size and waved Final Sale then, too. She was friendly as well. Glad your coat is on its way to you!
