This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale
items at our
various local J.Crew stores. ;)
If
you are stopped
by a J.Crew store this past weekend
to see what's available (if
anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS
{sigh!} in person, maybe you
might be willing to
share that with us in this post. In
particular, if you could share
with us a few of the noteworthy items
that are available, at what
prices, and potential sizes the
store is carrying (as well as the
store location)- that would be
fantastic!
Also, please
let us know if your local store
was/ is carrying an additional
percent off sale. Thanks in
advance!!! :)

Sought & Found: Did you visit J.Crew this {past} Weekend?

Dear J.Crew Aficionadas & Aficionados: Please feel free (and encouraged) to share your thoughts and opinions. :) However, please note that this is still a personal blog. So comments that are considered inappropriate (e.g. obscene, racist, homophobic, personal attacks, rude, and just plain mean) will be removed.
And now back to J.Crew! :)
Everlane has a new pair of pants that looks promising, called the WAY-High drape pant. It’s a classic full length pleated trouser made of cotton and lyocell. I like that there is no elastic on the waist band. They are similar to the look of the Aritzia effortless pant that I’ve read about.
ReplyDeleteI often reach for a high rise wide leg black pant and the banana ones (flat front) I got last year are fine but the quality leaves a bit to be desired. Searching online for this cut it seems there is junk and then there is super expensive. Even searching on Nordstrom most of what I find is elastic waist sweats and not real pants.
I like that style too, but NO elastic waist. A very high rise is good for me.
DeleteMmeJacqueline, agreed. I really need to avoid the elastic. The Everlane ones don’t have it. Since they just came out and we are going away next week I’m going to think about them.
DeleteJust wanted to note that JCrew’s latest email touts the “prettiest winter palette” aka “the blush hour.”
ReplyDeleteWhen I saw a sneak peek of holiday back in the summer the colors were not blush at all. Definitely jewel tone in rich colors. I think we will like holiday!
Delete@ST , I ignored it🤣 I noticed Factory has quite a few bold colors and a pair of flats with crystals
DeletePointy-toe flats with crystal buckle
Item BC185. Haven’t given up yet with Jcrew.
Jcrew has a sneak preview in their IG account account. Check it out and see if you can guess who the models are.
ReplyDeleteI couldn’t tell!
DeleteLauren Hutton? My guess. I can’t tell from
DeleteThe email they just sent.
