"Looking to VENT" with J.Crew

 

 

   This is the weekly "Looking to VENT with J.Crew" post, a place to share our not-so-stellar experiences with J.Crew.

If you have recently experienced a frustrating situation with J.Crew, maybe you might be willing to share that information with us in this post.

      I really enjoyed that article. I hope the company realizes many of us want classic clothes made of fabrics that stand up to being worn (and washed) more than a season.

      MUST READ the Town & Country article referenced in the Fashionista article! OMG, I relate with so much in this story, especially the bits snout the catalogs. Oh how I miss the goddamn catalogs! 😢

      I miss the catalogs too but I don’t miss the paper pile up. I wish they would do a more interactive online catalog, with the clothes styled etc.

      oh my gosh that town and country article was soooo good. Thanks for sharing Suz. Yes, the old JC was "relatable, yet aspirational" all that.

      I remember asking my mom for a check and then when I was 18 I could use my own. And the skinny sale catalog I would LIVE for!
