I was able to have my two older daughters try on the satin linen shorts and the straight leg pants with surplus pockets. One daughter took both, loved them and I ordered another pair of each for my other daughter and myself. We all took the same size in the shorts but preferred different sizes in the pants, so we shall see. At the 70 percent off price it works.
ReplyDeleteI also received the trouser shorts in leopard. These have the pink satin trim and are a tan base with black abstract spots, side zip.. This cut of shorts works really well for me and I have two pairs in 00 in leopard and solid black seersucker. I sized up to a 0 for a little extra breathing room. These are lined and although I don’t usually wear tan they will work well with a black linen top or any number of sleeveless tops I own. I bought them before the 70 off sale but still think they’re fair for the price I paid. I really wish they would do this cut in more of the fun prints as they have done the pleated or tie waist shorts. These do have a retro vibe I like!
They're very cute! I passed them without paying attn while browsing because I thought they were pajama shorts or boxers, but on closer look they look posh with the pink trim.

Embroidered beach scene T-shirt after the sale restock on Sunday. I've had luck with the past two orders buying final sale items - everything has worked out so far except a defective zipper on a FS skirt, which JC allowed me to return for a refund (not credit).
That’s good. I still have a limit to what I’ll try at final sale. I’d def like to try a few other things but won’t take the risk at more than 25/30 unless I’ve seen or tried in person previously. Agree that CS has been helpful. It def makes a difference in my opinion.
DeleteThe trouser shorts actually have a nice structure, not like pajama shorts at all! I don’t wear much pink but I do have some little bandanas with pink that I’ll prob accessorize with.
@eeps I ordered those pants and should have taken my smaller size, but they are wearable though quite large on me.
DeleteI ordered the silk scarf in the leopard print with pink trim one day when the price went uner $10. It's a nice print.
@pbanos - oh crap! I actually ordered a size up on the pants because I saw they're paperbag waist, which tends to sit higher. Are they running a size big?
DeleteYes, I'd say most if not a full size. But I have a smaller waist for my size. I thought them really roomy all over.
