J.Crew Reviews {straight from the JCAs!}

This is the weekly "J.Crew Reviews {straight from the JCAs}" post, to help each other share our reviews.

So if you have recently purchased, or stopped by a J.Crew store to try on an item (or two) from J.Crew, maybe you might be willing to share that information with us in this post.

Also, this request is not just limited to clothes. Please feel free to discuss bags, shoes, jewelry, accessories, etc.

In particular, if you could mention a few of the noteworthy details like fit, size, fabric, and the like— that would be fantastic! Thanks in advance! :)

  1. Not a review but a rant. I bit on some clearance items on the Factory website on Sunday night. Monday they went to a better promo (75% off) less than 12 hours after my order. I emailed them asking for an adjustment and they refuse Bc it’s reserved for full price items. I know, I know I should’ve seen this coming...but I just wish they’d look at how much I shop there and for how long.

    I’m also going to email them and suggest they give free return shipping for customer who live an hour or further from a retail store. Seeing as how I’m now in that group, I’m reluctant to purchase anything (even full price) without a local return spot...
