ReplyDeleteI didn't shop this weekend but I have an off-topic question: Has anyone been able to get a PA on sale items lately? I know the line about FP items only and the CSR was very nice when she repeated the rule to me but I thought that I had seen some comments about others getting a PA on sale items. I am OK if I am wrong but I will definitely try another method if it worked for others. I would surely appreciate the $30 difference that the current promo would give me especially if others have been successful when contacting CS. Thanks!
I had to reorder some stuff because of sizing issues. I had gotten better prices the first time around so, when I asked for a price adjustment, I said I would do an even exchange if the stores were open but I can't. Both times they gave me the same price I paid the first time around.
DeleteHi - I tried twice with two different reps and was declined both times. I tried arguing (nicely) that I did purchase something full price (with a 40% promo) that went on a further sale and I was informed that I was welcome to return and rebuy to get the better price. They waived the return shipping for me (not sure how) so I am going to return the first sweater I purchased.

DeleteI just called for a PA and was nicely told if you use any promo code you can't get an adjustment even if it was a non sale item. I Don't know anyone buying something full price without any code, but also know others got adjustments. Last month I just reordered items to get a better price, but now having to pay return shipping makes it a tougher choice. I'd love to know who has managed to get adjustments.
