I still think the time frame between ordering and shipping is too slow. I reordered a pair of cords (messed up zipper) and they haven't shipped yet. But orders I placed elsewhere have shipped.

DeleteAGREE! I too placed an order on Friday and nothing. I understand the holiday....I have received two emails to sit tight, they are working on it. A sweatshirt and two pair of earrings should not take this long! I ordered some shoes on FarFetched, they came from Italy and I received them in three days with no crazy shipping fees!
DeleteI have a JC birthday month $25 off card. Annoyed (as others here have said) that it can't be combined with other promos, wish it was just a gift card. Madewell emailed me a $25 off birthday month code it it worked just fine today combined with the current madewell 20% off promo for insiders.

of course two of the items i was hoping to snag during the sale, miraculously show up as soon as the extra percentage promo is over. why am i not surprised? so annoying.
ReplyDeleteI ordered my sis, who lives on West Coast, a gift, back in the dark ages of August. It had a delay from Lynchburg (for no discernible reason) then finally shipped....and we are in day 8 of "in transit." The latest tracking info states Salt Lake City, Utah. We concluded that the Crew has gone green and is shipping by wagon train....LOL.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know if JC cashmere is ever included in any of their sales? Don't need any right now (90 degrees in Atlanta) but just curious if I have to deal with full price or if at some point I can get it cheaper
ReplyDeleteI've purchased a number of cashmere sweaters on clearance over the years at very attractive prices. Sometimes one-offs will pop up in sale, but you would have to keep checking, as those sell out rather quickly.
DeleteI’ve only ever purchased my cashmere pieces on sale. Sometimes a general % off sale (for staples like black), sometimes clearance (for seasonal colours).
Deleteim so frustrated w my fall order..all going back. the new wide leg pants were really exaggerated and looked clownish on me. the new style blazer (with pleated back) has such a cheap button and the fabric is so synthetic and cheap feeling...not to mention the hunter green isnt a good shade, looms far better on website. le sigh. i want to support the crew as they reconfigure but H and M quality is not okay w me!!

DeleteI ordered the Frankie pants hoping they would be like the Officer pants. The cut is the same with very wide legs, but the fabric is much thinner and they run at least full size smaller. I did not order up a size, as not a fan of the fabric.
DeleteThat green jacket was the pits. I was shocked at the quality. Bad bad bad.
Deletepbanos yes and yes! they were thin, have very large odd pockets on the backside and run at least two sizes too small! i was so disappointed as i am getting skinny pants fatigue.
