Does anyone have experience with Madewell returns by mail? I don't anticipate being near a mall any time soon (since lack of crew orders = lack of returns) and I'd like to just send them back, provided they process returns in a timely manor.
ReplyDeleteIf you’re a Madewell insider return shipping is free. I go to the return website, the narvar.return.com/Madewell (refer to your packing slip for website) and you enter your order number and click which item you’re returning and then print the ship label out. There are other options too. I’ve had no issues with refund in a timely manner. I am near a store but have been return shipping since it’s been free and easier for me since I’m close to a UPS drop off. HTH.

DeleteCheri, I have always found Madewell to be extremely quick processing refunds. I don't have a local store. They've been getting my $ this week with the 15% Ebates deal :)
