    I may have missed this whole conversation in some other discussion forum but I think that Banana Republic is giving stuff away! I am still loving you, JC, but you are making it awful hard...even with your most recent sale promos

    I had a nice customer service experience (over the phone). They sent me another size in something, matching the price on the first one and waiving shipping.
