  1. It's so sad there are no posts!... Thought I'd have to add some love: Just got my first delivery of new spring JC. LOVE the B&W punched-out eyelet midi skirt!! I had thought it had an elastic waist. Happily, it does not. (Guess I should read the fine print!) I am 5'4", and it hits perfectly at mid-kneecap. Will look fantastic with flats or heels. Beautifully finished on the inside, with seam tape over all the selvage edges. Wish it had pockets, though I'm sure they would have shown through the eyelet and left out because of that. Sizing is TTS, maybe a teeny tiny big in the waist (unless I have lost a pound or two, and I don't weigh, so might have). I do have a small waist, though, so JC often runs large for me there.... The pleated midi-skirt also shipped. It's just not special enough to keep. It definitely has the elastic waist, which isn't a deal breaker for me. I love the warm walnut color, a very versatile neutral. The length is definitely longer than the eyelet one I love, and not sure it's the most flattering on me. Looks great with boots, though, and would be great with tall, wedge sandals in summer. Will have to wait for bigger sale before considering this one again....Also got the sequin floral sweater in mint. It is beautiful. Vintage with a twist! Color combo is spectacular. I got my regular JC size and like it slouchy, but I'm sure I could have also worn a size down. LOVE having special items like this sweater and skirt to perk up my closet!!

    1. Thanks for the great reviews! The color in the punched out eyelet skirt is black and not navy, correct? Also, how do you plan to style it (specifically, what kind of tops)?

    2. Lauren--It's definitely black embroidery around the punched-out eyelet circles. The inner lining is a pale blush-nude color, and the poly is soft, not satiny and noisy. I plan to wear everyday with tees and flat sandals, and I'll dress up with a sleeveless, fitted blouse or sweater. I think it'll pair with anything and nearly any color as long as the top isn't too blousy. Excited to put together some outfits!

  2. Bridgetabcs, I know, sad there are no posts. I have one. I'm excited that the striped dulci kitten heels popped back and shipped. Looking forward to them arriving next week :)

  5. Bridgetabcs,
Thanks for the review of the eyelet skirt. I'm the same height as you and passed on the skirt because of what I suspected would be a too-long hem and elastic waist. Bought the necessary, but much less exciting, white linen shirt with my rewards card and 25 percent cardholder discount. Sad that there is not more to talk about with the March rollout. I'm working from home in the snowstorm that moved through NC and kept checking back here all day looking for some news.

  6. The Japanese garden lace dress is gorgeous. Got it in navy. Fit is tts. Also received the polka dot boy shirt. Slightly sheer but just wear a nude bra.
