Seek & Find: Will you visit J.Crew this Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopping by a J.Crew store this weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

P.S. I noticed that many of you have already been reporting sale items (and in which stores) in other posts which by the way "thank you!" :) I really appreciate how helpful we are for each other!

  2. This actually fits better in reviews, but I wanted to share my opinion of the J. Crew Andie pant. I searched far and wide for a good review before purchasing and didn't really find anything conclusive so maybe this will help. First the Andie's are about $16 if you go to the store. I am a solid J.Crew size 6. I read conflicting advice on the need to size up. I first ordered them from online and decided to go with my regular 6. Then I happened to stop into a store and saw them so tried them on. It is something that can go pair to pair but overall I would say to go with your regular J.Crew size. In store, the black I tried on were good in the 6, the navy I tried on were too tight in the knee area making them horribly uncomfortable. The store had an 8 so I tried and they were just a bit too big in the waist but for $16 what the heck! I wore the navy 8's for a day and they bagged and sagged so badly. I'm glad I had my two pairs of 6 on the way from online. they were more expensive online (around $40) but i'll keep them. I really like this pant over the Minnie (they would be equal to a pixie IMO). I like the higher waste. they have a nice retro feel to them and will be great with boots in winter and flats in summer. I recommend them if you like your pixies and recommend taking your normal size.
