ReplyDeleteI was deeply disappointed to receive the dreaded, "We wish we had enough..." email on December 23rd at 12:30. I had ordered another set of PJ's for a family member who was joining us last minute for Christmas Eve. Always a tradition to give new J.Crew PJ's to each person who attends our Christmas Eve dinner...My original order for this item was placed on December 21st....would have been nice to know item was no longer available BEFORE the Dec. 23rd, 12:00 order deadline so that I could order replacement....
DeleteThe year I decided to upgrade my winter wardrobe in coat department, the usually great J.Crew fall/winter collection put out only these unflattering coats that are either too baggy or too sporty. Ugh. I'm obsessively checking eBay for Icon Trench in wool-cashmere in my size. Very, very disappointed and underwhelmed with J.Crew coats and outerwear this year.
