ReplyDeleteI am looking for a review of the factory leather jacket (the moto style). Has anyone ordered it? I am mainly interested in knowing about the quality of the leather and if the hardware is really as it looks on the website (aka not shiny silver). TIA!

ReplyDeleteOT - For any JCAs that wear an XSmall or Small at Madewell: the All Weather Outbound Jacket is back in stock here in size XSmall for $29.99 plus free shipping. This is a phenomenal deal on this jacket. I own one in size Medium, which is much too big, but I chose that size to layer. However I could have gone with the small and still be able to layer underneath it. I went ahead and purchased the XSmall because I can wear the regular and camo outbound jackets in XSmall without layers, so I think it will fit and work for the weather here the next month or so and then again in the spring. You can see the jacket on me here. For reference, I usually wear a size XSmall or Small at Madewell.
ReplyDeleteMelissa, thank you so much. I had ordered the regular Outbound jacket in one of the last sales and did get a great deal ($68) and needed an XS. But just this morning, thought I needed another jacket that could handle wetter weather and what a great price, so placed an order just now. So when it comes, I will make a decision whether or not to keep the regular Outbound jacket.

DeleteFabulous deal! I have this jacket and wore it today. Great jacket! If it was a different color, I'd definitely order another one. I wear XS in the downtown field jacket and purchased this one in size XS also.
ReplyDeleteshopalot - I would get one in a different color if they were to make it, too. Grey, Navy, Tan, or Black would be great. Possibly even a nice true red.
