It's nice to see another promotion that will still be running when the new arrivals are released next week. There isn't anything I'm interested in using it on right now, but I may take advantage of it once the new items are up on the website.

ReplyDeleteHi Ally - not sure yet, but I'm doubtful. The last couple times this has happened, sale goes to 20% and then you can stack the 25% on top of it.

DeleteWhile I love all these 25% off promos, why doesn't J.Crew save everyone a lot of trouble and just reduce their prices by 25% from the get go? Why on earth would anyone pay "full price" for anything when we all know another promo is just around the corner??
ReplyDeletePeople are more likely to buy if they think they are getting a deal. If the prices are lower from the get go there's no urgency, no particular need to buy within the next 5 days. I know I fall for it almost always.

ReplyDeleteI tried on a llama sweater w/jewels and another sweater I don't see online. Plus the jeweled Donegal sweater & matchstick cords all reviewed here. Also hoping for some feedback from JCAs, which I requested at the bottom of the post.

ReplyDeleteI love the Falsetto pumps, but am amused that these 4" stilettos are being described as "totally wearable". I can pull off Etta's since they have an interior platform and a thicker heel, but I don't think I'm woman enough for the Falsetto's, as pretty as they are.
And the black sweatshirt dress would be perfect if it were an inch or two longer (sigh).
Just called Yorkdale (Toronto) and they said the same.
