ReplyDeleteI was looking at purchasing the shirrtail mini in wool yesterday. The website showed that the regular price was 88, the promo price was 78, and then there was the 25% off promo. I held out, hoping for free shipping and 30%. Instead, I refreshed the page and instead of paying 58.50 (pre-taxes and shipping) I would now be paying 61.60. Why? Because they now list the original price as 98, the promo price as 88, and the 30% off with no free shipping actually makes the skirt more expensive. I know it sounds silly to vent about a few dollars, but I don't want to buy it now on principle.

ReplyDeleteWhile there are a few pieces I like in this last rollout, I am overall disappointed in the styles this season. I'm sure you all are tired of hearing me rant but where are the nice lined wool pants. I know not all of you like the capris like me but there's not any full-length wool lined pants either to speak of. The skirt selection is also dismal this season. I have not purchased a blouse skirt or pair of pants this season at retail. I just ordered the foulard Minnies but they are really for spring. Thank goodness I bought a lot last year!
ReplyDeleteI don't even know why I'm surprised, but my one-week-old Factory Puffer coat mysteriously busted a seam. I've worn it very lightly three time!!
