ReplyDeleteExcept for the fact that their sizes tend to run big (I'm only 5'1''), I'm a fan of Club Monaco. ReplyDeleteI'm also a huge fan of their student discount, which I have applied to sale items. You can use the student discount online as well (more info here: http://www.clubmonaco.com/helpdesk/index.jsp?display=payment&subdisplay=checkout&ab=footer_payment#studentDiscount).
It's pricey but I think the deals are ultimately better because of the student discount and if you're willing to wait very patiently for items to go on sale.
Can anyone tell me how Kate Spade sizes run in comparison to J Crew. I'm thinking of ordering from Kate Spade and if possible want to save myself the bother of returns. Thanks in advance.

DeleteIn my experience it's about the same as J Crew but cut a bit slimmer. I usually size up for fitted Kate Spade dresses.

DeleteJust a little negative comment about ily couture, aka knockoff maker extraordinaire. I posted on their facebook post about their version of the flower lattice necklace, pointing out the fact that it was an exact copy of J.Crew. I had a hunch they were they type of shadeballs that would delete the comment, so I want back today to check. Sure enough they did, oh, and while they were at it, blocked me from commenting on their page. That's pretty lame. I have never bought anything there and now I definitely won't in the future either.

These are cute and similar to JC Liberty prints. They are only available in store and not online...but they have some bobby pins and a couple headbands as well. I got the elastics.
